i keep getting an error when i switch too firewall under sharing in system preferences that there is "other firewall software running on this machine"

i have no clue as to twhat this other software could be
i've restarted and even upgraded to panther and the error still shows
i've tried shutting off all my login items and looked in /library/statupitems and have not found anything that might be the culprit

i use my router as a firewall so do not need to enable any firewall on my powermac
the router cant be the problem as this error only appeared in the past month and i've had the router for much longer
also i've turned off all the other machines on the network without any luck

can anyone help me out?

Did you ever run a script to stop an app (MS) from finding duplicate serial #s across your machines?
There's a terminal command you can use to reset all the firewall settings. Do a search in the OS X forum.

The command to reset your terminal is sudo ipfw flush. Once you've done this you'll obviously need to reset it. To see what rules you've got happening under your firewall type sudo ipfw show.
