First of all, pardon my English...

You are probably aware of the xbox issues and airport extreme basestations. In my case, my son can play about 10 minutes before the connection is lost.

I'm looking into some solutions and one of them is a wired Linksys BEFSR41 router which will connect to the internet via an Alcatel ethernet modem. Next, I'll connect the aebs so that it will act as a bridge for a wireless mac (Airport, no extreme) and a wireless laptop. An alternative is a D-Link DI-604, Netgear routers are hard to find here in Belgium.

I'm also considering a Linksys WET11 but I'm not sure if it'll solve the disconnect issues with my xbox.

Will the above work? Alternatives are welcome...
