I am not able to get connected with my new Airport Extreme with Bellsouth ADSL. I have called the Bellsouth tech support ( what a joke) and they said that I needed to give them the MAC address which I did still did not work. ( they finnaly said that it was my piece of equiptment - and said that they could not test every router with their service. I have been using bellsouth ADSL since the beginning here in New Orleans and each time that I call to get tech support they ask what verssion of windoze I am using and each time I say Mac OS.

Does anyone have any good way to deal with bellsouth?

I am thinking of going to Cox cable if that does not work. Does anyone have good or bad stories with Cox?

Thanks,
West
