How do I access my Mac from a Windows machine over the net.

Accessing my machine via another mac over the net is easy, but i dont have a clue how to do it via a windows machine.

any help is appreciated

On MacOS X: turn on SaMBa (Windows File Sharing), and then connect from the Windows computer just as if it were another windows computer.
