Hey all,
I've got a B&W G3 with OS X 10.3.1 which I use as a file server. After I start it up I have no problems "Connect(ing) to Server..." (from another Mac) and getting a list of:

bdash (user folder)
Drive 1 (boot drive)
Drive 2 (second internal drive)

But after a while, the second drive no longer lists, all I get is:

bdash
Drive 1

Where'd the other drive go? Sure, a Restart takes care of this... but that's getting old and time consuming. Anyone know why this is happening? I'm lucky the machine is relatively close to me for a Restart, because if it was across the office (or campus) I'd be SOL.

Thanks,
BD

Try entering the IP of the server manually in the Connect To Server box.

Thanks,
I do already do that:

afp://192.168.1.100/
afp://192.168.1.100:548/

and I am able to Login. It's just that after it authenticates me, the 2nd Drive is not there to select.

You know?

Hmmm... I haven't seen this, but I just enter my IPs like 192.168.1.100.
