I just got a new Netgear ME103.
I've got it all setup, but when I enable WEP, my connection is useless. It's impossibly slow. I can ping thru it, but that's about it.
Shipping firmware is the latest non beta firmware.
Did I get a bad WAP? Is this thing just a POS? Can I fix it?
