I have a wireless home network powered by a Dell TrueMobile 2300 access point (it was free). I'm hoping to increase the distance of the signal with a booster, specifically the Linksys WSB11. The Linksys appears as though it may only work with other Linksys products (it mentions taking the antenna off the access point and putting it on the booster, for instance). Does anybody know if the WSB11 will work with other access points, particularly the Dell TrueMobile 2300?

Thanks. And if it matters, the network has 3 PCs and 1 Mac on it.

The WSB11 was designed to specifically work with Linksys' 802.11b equipment. They use a strange combination of connector parts-something called a TNC-R connector-that makes the connectors and the signal booster incompatible with other hardware, even hardware that uses a conventional TNC connector.
