I want to connect my USB printer to my 8 port firewall so that it can be used by any of my comuters on my network. Is there an adapter out there that will allow me to do this? Right now i can print by going through my desktop, however I don't leave my desktop on all the time and i want to be able to share the printer. My firewall has 8 ethernet ports on it and I want to be able to plug the printer into it. Thanks.

there are various brands of adapters for various printers, i remember using this for an epson printer back in os9, i don't know of any osx equivilant. Have you thought about connecting the printer to a computer which is sharing it with all the other computers?
