After a lot of effort my mac-pc network is finally working.

All files are transfering smoothly, except (so far). Quicktime movie files.

I have been exporting quicktime movies from imovie then moving them over to the PC.

Before I send them over, the quicktime movies work fine, after I send them to the pc, quicktime cannot read the file.
Even if I take the file back over to the mac, it no longer works.

I have tried zipping the files first with dropzip, but this still doesn't work.

Any ideas? This is the only file transfer problem I have come across so far. Transferinng Microsoft office files has worked smoothly.

You have to "flatten" the quicktime movies before sending them to a PC. See
