If it doesn't have an AirPort card, there's no way for it to connect to anything wirelessly. Period. You can connect the iMac to one of the other computers with an ethernet cable, but not wirelessly without a card.

Yeah , i had to use my pb to set it all up
Thing is , i went back to this setup after shutting it all down and none of it worked after spending HOURS on the goddamn piece of crap in the first place - as you can tell i am VERY angry !
IMHO
total and utter UTTER crap and not worth the hassle
better to get seperate modems with long cables , net surfing wireless is VASTLY overrated , it's an utter bitch to set up , is unreliable , ridiculously time consuming in set up and overall overpriced hyped rubbish

It's really only that much of a bitch if you don't spring for a wireless router. They're not that expensive (you can still get a Netgear MR-814 for around $30!), they're easy to set up (a network cable and a browser are all you need), and they handle everything about sharing between machines for you. Unfortunately, an AirPort Extreme base is not as easy to set up as Netgear's product.
I've been surfing wirelessly for a couple of years now, and it's great once you're set up. The setup problems come from having a lot of details to handle all at once, so it's easy, almost expected, to run into problems.
Off the top of my head, I'd say that you should be able to plug the WAN port of your AEBS into the ethernet port of your modem, your iMac into the other AEBS ethernet port, and have that working pretty quickly. Setting up for the PowerBooks requires two things: configuring the wireless part of the AEBS (done from the iMac), and configuring the PowerBooks (done on themselves). Fortunately, the OS is pretty good at finding available wireless networks and configuring the internal card to work with them.
If you post the settings for your AEBS, we could look them over and see what needs attention. You could also use the time it will take the bunch of us (from an amazing array of different places worldwide) to get back to you to decompress and not worry about the stuff.
