I just downloaded the Airport upgrade and the Security upgrade. When I run Airport Admin Utility and tell it to install the new Base Station software 5.3 it just quits. Nothing in the logs.

Any thoughts ? I ran Repair Software Permissions.

Are you running it from a wireless computer, or have you connected to the base station with a cable. These updates seem to like the cable a lot more than going wireless.

A post on Apple Discussion boards suggested turning the ABS off and on and then immediately doing the update. This worked for me.
