Hi, would appreciate some helpful advice here. I'm trying to figure out a way to access my remote Filemaker database from home.

Setup at work: Airport network with wired/wireless clients, OS 10.3.2, DSL connection, dynamic IP with DHCP server, database is on a powermac G4 933 wired

Setup at home: Wireless network using a netgear router MR814, OS 10.3.2, cable connection, dynamic IP, main machine at home is an iMac G4 1ghz wirelessly connected.

I've heard talks about so many ways of doing this that I'm just bewildered: VPN, Apple Remote Desktop, SSH, FTP, etc. I need to be able to access it securely and be able to transfer or work on files at good speeds. Thanks for any advice.

GJ
