I'm sorry for being such a rookie, but I have a few questions.
I work at a highschool that has no setup for macs. They have a wireless network that is awful. My question is, if I were to buy an airport extreme card for my mac, and the basestation, would it have problems brodcasting through the thick concrete wall we have at school? What I'm hoping I can do, is go in and conncet an airpot base station to a direct cable, and then brodcast in the building I work in. Anyway, I know that sounds awfully newbyish, but I could use some help.
thanks,
-Chris.

radio signals do very poorly with concrete. Your basestation or any wireless setup wouldn't be much good beyond the open space of the room you set it up in.
