Yes I have had some experience with the Powerline adapters. not with the Netgear ones but I have used the Siemens and the Belkin ones but they all work the same. They work pretty well especially if you don't want to have to run wire to different places. Take one of these plug it in and go. DO NOT plug these into a surge protector or they won't work.
