Can Windows see non-system drives?

We have a G4 Tower ("Digital Audio," I think) with multiple hard drives. It's running 10.3.3. Other Macs can see and share with all of its drives. But our Windows (XP) machines can only see the system drive. We need to share the other drives, too.
It seems like there should be a really obvious solution, but we haven't been able to figure out how to do it!
Thanks for any and all advice and explanations!

I came into a similar situation last year. If you are comfortable with the command line, you can edit the smb.conf file and add there. Looks kind of scary at first, but is actually a lot simpler than it looks.
There is also a Shareware application called Share Points I used it when I was trying to share my secondary drive too, but ran into problems with it. However, it has since been updated several times, so I recommend you give it a try.
