I have an odd problem running ARD with a Tibook (via wireless card) controlling an iMac (via e-net connection to wireless router).

ARD runs fine, I can find and control the iMac with not difficulty. For some reason however, there is no option in the energy saver control panel on the iMac (both are running X.2.3) to enable wake via e-net over network for admin access. It's an iMac DV 400. Does anyone know if there is some trick to enabling this?

I came across another similar thread in the Apple Discussion forums where a sys admin had a whole classroom full of identically spec'd and config'd eMacs and inexplicably some displayed the option and others did not. No answer had been provided.

Any ARD jockeys out there who can provide any insight to this?
