Hey all,
My dad's wireless network has some strange issues, to say the least.
For starters- he has cable internet access, a Airport Dual E, modem hooked into the WAN, and a few Macs. He configured the base with his tower, which is the only one that's getting internet access from the Airport. Tonight while we were trying to figure things out, he tried to run the Airport Admin utility, and couldn't get in with his tower (can't remember the exact error message), but could with his laptop. For a brief period of time a few months ago, the internet access somehow switched from his tower, to my mom's. Then it switched back. He has never been able to get more than one computer internet access through the Airport, and it has always been one individual computer, not one at a time. All the network settings seemed to be right, I even ran Airport setup on his laptop again to join an existing network, but no luck getting internet access. PPPoE is turned off, DCHP is on, Airport is at the top of the network settings, everything else seems to be in order. I logged my laptop into his network, and no luck getting internet access. Any ideas? Need more info?

Thanks,
Kevin

Check to see if your router has enough IP numbers allocated for DHCP, and whether your router can serve more than 1 client at a time.

Make sure the Airport Base Stateion is set to NAT, not Bridge mode.
