If anyone is fed up with lies from verizon about their services please post here or contact me so that we may organize a class action suit against them. The suit would consist of charges stemming from their apparent lack of speed upgrades from 768/128 past 10,000 feet while those customers outside the distance specified above pay the same rate as those getting tripple the speed as of this summer. This matter is quite serious, and i would like to get the ball rolling as soon as possible. If you feel cheated by verizon's policies please get in contact with me at FastiBook@spymac.com, or IM me at 'pmacdesigner'. Thank you in advance for your time.
IM me on "pmacdesigner" if you want to talk to me.

The terms of service you signed specifically address this issue - further, they make bringing any type of suit against Verizon a moot point. If you ever did get a suit off the ground, you'd quickly have it dismissed and get slapped with court costs. You'd lose a ton of cash.

fwiw.

Well that would be nice and cozy for verizon except that they state the distance supported as 12000 feet. The actual supported distance is 10000 feet. My CO is for some reason a whole mile in wire distance farther away than it was in 2002 right before we signed up. This is why i want to sue. There are very murky shady dealings going on here that i want sorted out. I can afford being in court, but i can not afford to sit back and be ripped off.

IM me on "pmacdesigner" if you want to talk to me.

Dude, then switch carriers. It's that simple. It's not like you are being forced to use Verizon.
signatures are a waste of bandwidth
especially ones with political tripe in them.
