APPLE GOES BACK TO CLASS- The Cupertino, CA computer maker today acknowledged that it is embroiled in another class action lawsuit brought by a contingent of disgruntled customers. The lawsuit focuses on Apple's determination to charge more than double the average wireless router price for a router that puts out almost half the range of an average device. Saul Rubinstein, lead counsel for the plaintiff, put it simply: "My clients feel that Apple has gouged the consumer long enough for what amounts to arrogant aestheticism. What they should be giving their customers is a better antenna. What they do give them is a damn thing that looks like the end of a buttplug." Apple Legal department could not be reached for comment.

Don't think the product is good enough? Here's a novel idea: don't buy it.

What an obscene abuse of the court system. It's a free market; companies are supposed to be free to set whatever price they want. If people buy the product, then obviously they've decided it's worth the price.

I agree.

That stupid sh** makes me hate the american law system.

In Europe, judges would just laugh and kick the plaintiff's a$$.

Of course it's not real, Mustache... even lawyers don't talk like that in public.

But it is obviously someone kvetching and whining about Apple's perceived cost/value ratio. Hence my invitation to whoever it is to not buy the product, but to instead spend their time looking for something that meets their desire to own the cheapest possible piece of crap that can be considered functioning.

Obviously fake for multiple reasons. 1) "buttplug". 2) no link. 3) 1st post. 4) too frivolous for any lawyer to actually take to court.
