iChat & Trigger & Public Ports for firewall

	Hi, Trying to setup my Belkin ADSL wireless router for use with iChatAV and I need to enter both "Trigger" and "Public" ports for it to work. Works fine with firewall turned off so I know that there are no issues with the router, etc. Have searched the Apple KB and no luck, just a lot of gobeldygook about ports but does not say specifically Trigger ports are XXX and Public Ports are XXX, nor which are TCP and which UDP. Can anyone help me? Antonio
