A friend has an issue with his Sawtooth, his primary server is a win2k server service pack 4 computer, the problem is that he can not seem to access the shares of his primary server, he can see the other machines in the network, but when he do a double click on the server, he just see the beach ball for a couple of minutes, and then it times out with a relatively meaningless error. The machines are all on the same IP subnet and are all part of the same workgroup.

Any advice please?, to be honest I am not a network guy.

Many thanks.
