I'm trying to copy some files over to the XP Pc from my mac (os x 10.3.4). It is about 50GB.

I have shared a partion on the XP Pc.

On the mac I go to Network and find the XP Pc. I login on ann account I have created on the pc. Works fine. Mount the partion that is shared.

Starts to copy about 3GB. Works fine for from 30 to 100MB...

But then it stops... Connection is lost. Can't login again.

But after a some time I can login again. Then It stops again...

Is there any options that I should change?

What am I doing wrong? Please Help!

I don't know about XP, but I've had varying success with direct ethernet connection with Win2K. One ethernet cable worked great while another didn't at all. Try a different cable; it sounds like your setup's ok.
