XP Home and OS 10.3 networking problem

I can get XP to see my OS 10.3 share, but not the other way around. I have everthing enabled in OS 10.3, and I'm using the "smb://...." command to try to connect to my PC, but it times out. The IP address is correct for the PC, also. Anyone have any ideas?

Make sure XP's firewall is disabled
