I had DSL internet, but I switched onto cable. I decided to buy my own modem and since I had a linksys router to spread my DSL over the three computers in the house I decided to get a linksys cable modem because it would nest with the router. Well I got the cable up and running, and I'm very happy with it, but when I tried to bring the router back into the mix I all of a sudden was unable to access the 192.168.1.1 configuration page to get everything working. So I can get the internet on my main computer by plugging the ethernet directly into the modem, but no computer can access the router when I'm plugged into it. I've tried hitting the reset button and unplugging the router. It seems totally unresponsive, even though the lights on the front all look correct. Any ideas?
