Hi! This is my first experience with wireless networking, and I'm loving it...except for one thing. I'm constantly having to reclick a link, stop and restart loading pages, and resend info because it my Airport will just stop loading a page or won't be able to "locate the server." Even when I'm checking for software updates, it stops before it finishes. It has yet to take me fewer than two tries to check for software updates. No matter what I'm doing, the blue progress bar stops before it reaches the end, and I have to retry what I'm doing. This happens about 20-25% of the time when I'm browsing the internet, and every time I check for software updates. I have "interference robustness" turned on, and I have Airport Admin selecting the channel automatically. Can someone tell me if this is a common thing? Is there something I can do to remedy the situation? Should I just suck it up? Is there something wrong with my base station? Please just let me know anything you can. Thanks very much.

Edit: It just did it again when I tried to post this message. I'm now going to click submit for the second time.

There could be a number things causing it. Try and work close to the router and see if that helps. it could also be Internet traffic is high.

I can be 5 feet from the base station and still have the problem. Also, I don't have the problem with a PC that's connected directly to the base station through the LAN port, so I would think that would throw out the possibility of it being internet traffic. Thanks for your help. Do you have any other ideas?

Edit: About to try submitting this for the second time...again.
