Hi,
I have been searching... with no luck. I have a PC laptop running winxp connected to my home network. I have a Powerbook also connected. I can view the hard drive of my Powerbook on my PC book, but not the external drives. Is there any way to set it (winxp) up to access my external drive? Like i said, i can access my entire mac from my pc, just not the external drive thats connected to it.

Any help would be great.

Bump- Someone answer this guy. Then I won't have to start a new topic. I couldn't find anything on this prior.

Basically I have a Firewire HD in the basement attached to my iBook but I want the 2 computers upstairs which are PCs to be able to access that FireWire drive.

Running 10.3.7 and XP SP2

Is it a problem to connect the external drives to the PC? It may be the best (quickest, easiest, simplest) option.

Pretty much the best option is SharePoints...check on VersionTracker or MacUpdate.
