The pic below shows the log of hits to my web server, ip and domain if available, I traced it using OS X's traceroute utility which led me to APNIC where the site was registered...In China (pic 2) anyway...I don't know whaty to do..my ISP says it cant block it. The log generator is actually an e-mail server program and I tried to block the IP address from there. My server is a Win2k behind a router. Any ideas on how to fight these scumbags? I don't want to send them an e-mail and validate my IP address. I would rather try and block them so they move along but this has been happening for a week now, I get a series of 20 or so request then it stops fo a half hour then starts again.

PIC 1 (e-mail server log)

PIC 2 (WHOIS info from APNIC)

Any help to try and stop this or who to contact...Thanks for any ideas.

Is your webserver apache? If it's not, use it. If so, is mod_proxy running? If so, disable it.

What's your domain name / server IP? If you don't want to publicly post it, PM it to me, or get me on AIM, oneandonlyscott. It'll be easier then posting back and forth.
