i'm still relatively new to macs and i was under the impression that peecee's can hop on to airport networks?
my new roommate has a sony vaio and he tried to hop on to the network but it would not work. looking at the wifi status on his xp machine, it recognizes the networok, sends packets, but doesn't receive.
the guy at the apple store told me there shouldn't be any issues whatsoever. maybe someone who knows more about peecee's can help me. thanks!
Generically PC's can join a Airport Network, but you will have to troubleshoot the system, it is possible that you have encryption turned on, are limiting MAC addresses, or that his networking is misconfiguring.
