I have 15" Albook with airport card in it and right now I'm at my parent's house, they have an Airport Extreme Base Station. I know AEBS allows you up 100 to 150 feet being wireless with your albook...

But here at my parent's house.. it's like 30 feet away, the airport signal on top bar reduced to one bar? and My younger sister's have wireless albook, too.. Whenever she's using the internet and I'm online and chatting with my friend on iSIght.. The picture on iSight was very CHOPPY.. I had to walk closer to the AEBS for better picture on iSight... I thought AEBS support up to 50 users at the same time but I didn't know that it'd affect the speed and distance? I thought this shouldn't be happening??

Is there a way that I could fix this ?

802.11b provides for 11Mbps per access point of shared bandwidth. Perhaps your siblings, what have you, are taking up much more bandwidth than yourself hence choking your iChat connections. My first thought anyway..............
