I need to select a new router for a new DSL line being brought to my office. We're currently using a Netopia R9100, which has worked quite well, despite having a few quirks, and a frustrating setup area. While I'd be satisified with another R9100, there must be a few others worth checking out.

The feature list I must have is:
Supports 1:1 NAT and many:1 NAT simultaneously. Meaning I can continue to have my web, mail and citrix servers set up on Class C addresses, but give them a public IP which is transparently passed to them, along with all client computers hiding behind one NAT address- as one would typically do in a home setup with one IP.
Port forwarding
IPSec Passthrough- something I've long had trouble with on the 9100. I can't connect to our clients' VPNs from a NAT address, it has to be done from a computer with a directly routable IP address.
VPN termination. PPTP would be fine.

Things I want to get:
Quality of Service- we should be able to prioritize an upload to a vendor's FTP site over someone's streaming radio or HTTP download.
Dual WAN with load balancing. My dream is to next have DSL and 5/1Mb business cable, and have 2 routes to the internet
Stateful packet inspection- but if I need a secondary firewall appliance for that, so be it.
Out of band management- an analog modem connection to the router, as I've mucked up settings on the Netopia before that made me drive to the office on Sunday night to get them set back.

I've done quite a bit of searching, but have had a hard time separating out the routers with more advanced features like I need from the very large home broadband market. If anyone has firsthand experience or some reviews I haven't seen, I'd love to know about it.
OS X: Where software installation doesn't require wizards with shields.
