Yesterday my internet connection started to slow down to a crawl. It is now taking forever for pages to open. The blue bar in the address menu seems to hang up at the "http:// point then it gradually starts to fill in. I ran disk permissions and disk repair and still having the problem.

Can someone tell me what I should do?
Here's what I have and what I'm doing:

ibook, 800, 512 ram, AE, OSX 10.3.4

DSL w/Verizon (Netgear WGR614 v4) either way wired or wireless it is slow.

Web browser Safari 1.2.2 & Firefox Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040206 Firefox/0.8

Nothing new added in the last 48 hours.

Email is sending and receiving on both email accounts with Mac Mail, not with Entourgage though--that's another story.

Hope someone can shed some light on this.

thanks,

clarat
