I was able to successfully share files from my eMac with a PC(XP Home) through FTP. My eMac runs Panther and i turned on the Sharing option for both "Windows File Sharing" and "FTP". The next day, when i was re-booting the eMac, the boot process started to hang during the "File Service" dialog. i left it on for about a few hours, and it was still stuck there. I thought that it might be still looking for the PC, so I pulled out the ethernet cable which is connected to my D-Link Hub/Wireless hub (PC is connected wirelessly). Still didn't help though. can anyone help here? Thanks in advance
