Is it possible and simple (i'm no tech guru) to share my blueyonder cable connection between my G5 iMac and my girlfriends windows laptop.
My mac is connected to the motorola surfboard modem via the ethernet port but there is a usb port on the modem and i am wondering if i connect the laptop via that she will be able to connect to the web.
If that wont work can i connect her laptop to my mac directly via firewire or usb so she can access the web that way?
Thanks in advance.

You need a router. they are cheap, easy to use and a great security buffer. Read up a little on this forum about them and post back with any specific questions.
