How do I open ports in Voyager 205?

Hello people. I have a BT modem router called voyager 205. I need to open some ports but I don't know exactly how to do it. The port forwarding site (www.portforward.com) doesn't really help because the guy who wrote the article doesn't really know what to put on the fields...
So in case someone has the same modem I would really appreciate the help

Are you still having this problem? I've just played about with the settings on my voyager 240. Reply back if you are.
