I set up my router with my DSL this weekend and ever since I can't get my mail tosend out in mail.app. I think, because it keeps saying port 25 timed out, that it is blocked somehow, I know how to log into the router but how do I fix it?

The problem is not your router its your ISP. They blocked it out for SPAM purposes. Change it to port 587 to get mail.app to work.
