We've run into an Issue when pulling files from our PC network. The files get put on the netork volume, but don't show up to our Macs unless we unmount and reconnect to the server. Is there a Mac "Force Refresh" function?

What version of OSX are you using? I think this got fixed a few updates back, but don't remember exactly when. You will still have to click on another folder and then back into the one where the new files are located, though, in order for the Finder to refresh the file list.
I do not like those green links and spam.

don't know if this will help with your problem:

I actually have the opposite problem - I have a mapped drive from a WinXP machine that's not getting notifications when files on the OSX machine are not updated.

It's actually occurring in a VirtualPC Guest not seeing the Host files updating, but it also happens on a real physical machine connected as well - it's making running IIS in VirtualPC a real problem !

Try 10.3.8, there are huge improvements in networking since 10.3.4.
