Is this workable? I can share my single printer from PC1 to PC 2 over my wifi lan w/ no trouble.

Any chance I'll be able to get my iBook to see this Samsung laser printer and print to it?

Thanks very much in advance,

Chris

I have a Samsung M1430 printer that's shared over my network, and printing from the iBook works fine. One note: you'll have to use a network printer driver and something like GIMP print to get it to work. Unfortunately, I haven't found a 1430-specific GIMP driver, so I'm using a 1220 driver. This is ok, but it doesn't support all the features that the printer has. Nothing really necessary, but it just doesn't do "everything."

P.S. if anyone knows of a GIMP (or other network-type) compatible driver specifically for the Samsung 1430, PLEASE let me know where to find it. Thanks!
