Accessing networked printer que on Windows network

	Is there a way to access the printer que on a Windows network in the same manner Windows users can from their desktops? I am the lone Mac in my office and, sometimes, a large print job I sent to the printer might be clogging the que. It would be nice to be able to access this and delete the job. Windows users can do this for their own print jobs directly from their desktop. I have to call the IT guys. Thanks.
