I would think that WebDAV.org would have all sorts of links to hosting services or other hosting resources. Have you tried looking there?
This isn't supposed to be snide-I know nothing about WebDAV. But I figure the primary site for the protocol should have at least some help for where you can host such extended HTML pages.
This place seems to have a limited free hosting package along with a $14.95 full service package. Thanks for bringing up this topic ... I may give their free service a try.
Ooops, scratch that, its only 5mb and does cost $5.00 initial setup.
