sounds like you might have a subnet issue -- pc on ethernet network, and airport express creating its own subnet.
Can you join the wireless network?
Is the airport express connected to the wired network?

ok heres the situation

i have an airport express, from the AP i have connected an ehternet cable to my switch. IN my switch i have also connected a PC and my cable modem. I also have a canon printer conected to the airport.

there are two additional powerbooks conected to the AP wirlessly.

With the powerbooks i can print fine but with my pc i can't find the printer on the network.

thank you i hope this is clearer

put your airport express into bridging mode. Right now it is creating its own network which, by your PC not being on the airport express network, is the reason your PC cannot see the printer.
