website pulls up slow at times, pauses and then loads, what gives?

I noticed on a fresh install of tiger 10.4, that when i use safari it pulls up websites instantly, now at time it like loads up part way and pauses before it loads the entire page. Any ideas? It's kind of annoying. This happens randomly... i mean sometimes it would pull up webpages very smooth and instant, and at other times it would seem to choke. Not sure if it's my cablemodem ISP or tiger... does anyone else have any similar issues?

Its been a few days since my fresh install of tiger too... it always seem to load instantly right after i install a brand new copy of an OS... but after a few days, it seems to lag when pulling up webpages.

Please help anyone...
