Suddenly my HP laserjet 1300(USB) is no longer recognized using my airport network. Everything else on the network is working fine. I feel the drivers are good because I can print if I connect via the USB cable directly into my powerbook G4. "Airport laserjet 1300" is on the printer's list & selected, but when I try to print, the printer's activity window tells me there's no printer. I've been told the printer's IP address may have changed & needs to be reset. If this is true, how do I find out the correct IP address & how do I change it? If it's not the IP address, what else can I do?
Thanks for any help you can give me.

The printer itself doesn't have an IP address. You have to print to the IP address of whatever device (i.e. computer or ABS) that is attached directly to the HP.

Thankyou John...

What else could be the problem with not be ing able to print when the network is working & the printer is on the list & selected?

Maybe the IP address of the device the printer is attached to has changed.

Why not delete the printer from the list and re-install it?
