First of all, what's up with the title? Then, have you installed the AirPort update as well? There were some problems with 10.4.3 on some machines with Airport, and this update is supposed to fix it.

the title was a typo.. i tried to post this new thread like 10 times, kept getting a error, so i typed some jumbled letters, and that time it works, go figure..

Have you tried the usual troubleshooting steps like unplugging/replugging the modem & the Airport base station, or performing a reset of the Airport base station?
If you are having a problem with the Ethernet and the Airport card connection, it might be that your broadband itself is flaking. Has it been pretty reliable in the past? Or you might be having a problem with the Airport base station that requires a reset.

maybe you just need to reboot your router.
pull the plug wait a couple of minutes then plug it back it. Do the same with your modem.
Can you log into the router's setup page?
usually something like this:
http://192.168.1.1
If yes, then it's not the computer.
Your router's interface should have a status page that will tell you if it is connected to your isp or not.

Try downgrading your AirPort base station firmware to 6.1.1. For my AirPort Express, 6.2 was a disaster, but the older version fixed that.
