I hope somebody can point me in the right direction - I've been looking for help on connecting my external hard drive via Airport. I own a Lacie FireWire external hard drive where I store all my digital music and backup to. I want to have this permanently available but separate from my iBook and wondered what I can do to achieve this.

Any suggestions? Is it possible to connect my FireWire hard drive to the Airport and access it from my iBook?

Thanks

Daniel

There are network file server gadgets that connect USB hard drives, and there are also network attached storage ("NAS") devices that are hard disks with built in file servers.
