Blocking port 1 via OS X firewall

When running the ShieldsUP! (www.grc.com) port scan on my iBook, I get all stealth except for port 1 (TCP multiplexing) even with the OS X firewall stealth option selected.

(1) What does port 1 do?

(2) How do I block it?

When I sit behind my Linksys wireless NAT router at home, I get all stealth.
