Hello, got this mail from a friend and since I am not a wisdom when it comes to networs issues and lacking myself a wireless network, I though maybe someone over here can bring some light to this issue. This is the mail I got:

I am on a security enabled wireless network at home but everytime a certain account appears in range, I get kicked off?? I have to turn of the modem a few times to get back on and then it appears that I kick that account off! It is very frustrating and we have tried all the different channels but that doesn't seem to make a difference!

Being honest I don't know what kind of OS or even computer is running there, but nevertheless… a start is always a start.

Thanks for any advice you can give me here.
