Hello,
I have a Single Processor G4 450 (sawtooth) and I a cannot seem to get my head around connecting it to my new Quad via Ethernet. I seem to be having some kind of mental block with this kind of thing and would like someone to just give me some clear and simple instuctions as to how to do this.

Many thanks in advance

If you have a network then simply connect both of your computer to network. And if you not have a network then use a simple cross cable to connect you computers.
Next how to configure you computer ? that is also very easy.
Select DHCP setting from your network setting. Its will take automatically IP addresses.
I have a general idea about it, and i try to tell you simply.
