I have a G4 Powerbook running 10.4.6. My home network has a Netgear wireless router. I recently switched from WEP encryption to WPA and now my Mac no longer automatically rejoins my home network after a reboot. The SSID is not broadcast, but it wasn't before. I also turned off MAC address filtering when switching to WPA. So now I have to enter the network name, encryption type and password after a reboot. It doesn't seem to matter whether the airport tab of Network Preferences is set to Automatic or Preferred Networks. My home net is listed as one of the Preferred Networks.

I admit it's not a major problem, but it's annoying when something that works breaks. Any suggestions?
