I was messing with ARD in my classroom, never used it before and I tried to connect to a workstation. It said computer is not part of list and had options for username and password. So, I wasn't sure what it wanted, I typed in an admin account on the remote machine and the password and it said authentication failed. Now every time I click to control that station it says unable to authenticate and doesn't allow me to enter new username password. Any ideas?

not on my work Mac at the moment, but i think you highlight the Mac in question in the list and then get info, in this new window you should be able to change the username and password here.
