I'm trying to setup my netgear router (WRT624) to allow ichat AV to work by setting up port triggering, and while it's pretty self explanatory, I'm having issues with one setting on the router for each trigger entry: the "triggering port", which is the outbound port number. I have no idea what to put in this field. the apple docs clearly state what ports to open, but this triggering port is confusing to me. it only allows a single port entry and only runs in UDP or TCP, not both.

the apple doc doesn't say what to here, and the netgear site is being no help. can someone tell me what this is all about and what number I'm supposed to put in this field?

here's the suport doc with the ichat ports:
Using iChat AV with a firewall or NAT router
-> 20" iMac Core Duo, 1GB RAM, lame superdrive that burns at 2x
-> MacBook Pro 2GHz Core Duo, 2GB RAM
-> MacBook 2.16GHz Core Duo, 2GB RAM
